Refund policy: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges. No refund, exchange-only policy: Customers may exchange services they wish to return, but they cannot get a monetary refund.
What We Can't Do
Due to liability / company policy we cannot perform:
Steam carpet or steam floor cleaning, chandeliers, delicate light fixtures, wall cleaning, exterior of windows, cleaning of animal waste, unfinished basement, heavy trash removal, breaking down boxes, grout fixing (sealing, advanced-level grout needs), garages, anything outside the home, removal of liners in cabinets, adhesive removal, laundry.We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster.We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.We do not dust mini blinds by hand.We do not organize anything.We love pets! But for our safety, if we feel they are aggressive, they should be put away. If refusal to do so we will leave, and you will still be charged half of cleaning price.
